Unik Construction, a fast-growing company managing multiple construction projects simultaneously, faced a significant challenge: job site activity tracking still relied heavily on paper reports and manual processes. Foremen had to compile information at the end of each day by hand, leading to data loss and delays in transmission.

Furthermore, management lacked real-time visibility into project progress, team hours worked, and resource allocation across the various job sites. This made it difficult to make quick, informed decisions — especially as the number of active projects grew.

For this mandate, Somtech Solutions applied its proprietary AɪmS methodology to design a job site management platform fully tailored to Unik Construction's operational realities.
